Shane McFarland Construction has been building trust and transforming communities since 1997, when Shane first entered the construction industry with a specialized emphasis in accounting. What began as a vision to provide exceptional design and construction services has grown into a legacy of craftsmanship that spans over two decades.

Since establishing Shane McFarland Construction in 2008, we have completed hundreds of custom residential and commercial projects throughout Middle Tennessee. Our portfolio showcases remarkable diversity—from remodeling historic homes for corporate office spaces to designing and building luxury residences in The Grove, one of the region’s most prestigious developments. We’ve developed multiple subdivisions, and our expertise even extends to unique projects like constructing a marina floating office and ship store.
